Sarsılan İmge, Hacettepe Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi’nden Yapıtlar sergisi, Heykel, Resim, Seramik, Grafik, İç Mimarlık ve Çevre Tasarım bölümlerinin Yüksek Lisans ve Sanatta Yeterlik öğrencilerinin yapıtlarını bir araya getiriyor. Kuruluşundan bu yana pek çok eğitim kurumuyla iş birliği yaparak genç sanatçıların eserlerinin izleyicisiyle buluşmasına destek veren Pera Müzesi, bu sene de Hacettepe Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi’nin genç sanatçılarına ev sahipliği yapıyor.

Sergi küratörü Dr. Dilek Karaaziz Şener katalog metninde, ortaya çıkan seçkinin öğrencilerin deneyimlediği süreçlere ve etkileşimlere referanslar vererek toplumsal gerçeklikleri araştırdığını kaleme alıyor. İmgenin kavramsal yönüne ve üretim süreciyle olan ilişkisine odaklanırken, yeni nesil sanatçıların bellek, mekân, beden, kimlik, kent, sınır ve çokkültürlülüğe dair sorgulamalarına dikkat çekiyor.

Shaken Image, Works from the Fine Arts Faculty of Hacettepe University exhibition, brings together works by BA and masters’ students from the departments of sculpture, arts, ceramics, graphic design, interior architecture and landscape design. Honouring its tradition of supporting universities and displaying the works of young artists to the public, the Pera Museum is hosting the students of Hacettepe University’s Faculty of Fine Arts this year.

In the catalogue text, curator Dr. Dilek Karaaziz Şener notes how the selection was shaped by the students’ artistic processes and personal experiences, and how it relates to societal events in general. The exhibit sheds light on issues of memory, bodies, identity, the city and multiculturalism in the young artists’ works; and focuses on the conceptual aspects, and the production cycles of images.
